What do you need to know about a company before buying its stock?
Many things actually..but if we had to limit ourselves to 5 points, we would say: 1. Fully understanding what the company does. 2. Looking in details in the financials. 3. Determining how richly the Company's Stock is currently valued. 4. Making searches on the Company’s management. 5. Asking ourselves if there are any extra reasons to avoid this stock?
