Last business-friendliness ranking came out and it shows major improvements for Vietnam.

This report was created by the World Bank and is published every year.

In last year ranking, Vietnam was 82th while this year it improved its ranking position to 68th.

Vietnam "made exporting and importing easier by upgrading the automated cargo clearance system and extending the operating hours of the customs department," the report said.

The top 5 countries have not changed and include New Zealand, Singapore, Denmark, South Korea and finally Hong Kong.

Duc Anh, portfolio manager at Anh Thomas Investment commented “The report shows that Vietnam is moving in the right direction, and I believe that the future looks exciting.”
