We are already in the second half of the month of October. A perfect time to have a quick look on the main Vietnamese indexes performance since the beginning of the month. Hanoi’s index has been outperformed by Ho Chi Minh index so far. HSX records so far a gain of +1.6% while HOSE index records an impressive gain of 2.9%. Since the beginning of the year, HSX is up by 36.6% while HOSE is up by a more modest but still massive 24.5%.
