Understanding your customers is a long process. We have been in business since 2011 even though we are working with our current name and structure only since 2015. We have never lost a client since we started our activities. This means that some of our clients have been with us for the last 7 years. Some of them are experienced individual investors while others never bought a stock prior to meeting us. When you work closely with clients for such a long period of time you get to know what they want very well.
